What The Future Holds
Substance will always be a portable church. We hope to have campuses around the Twin Cities. However, we know it's time to begin looking for the first of our permanent buildings.
That's why we've introduced the Catalyst Program.
Catalyst [KAT-uh-list] n. A substance that causes or accelerates a transformation.
Catalyst Offerings are offerings that a dedicated solely to our first permanent facility.
What do we know?
We need to move into a permanent facility.
We will always be multi-site ... one part permanent and one part portable.
We need $3-5 million for a down payment.
Our ability to launch ministries has been limited due to our current facility space.
It will be as centralized as possible for our members' convenience.
What don't we know?
The location
The timeline (ideally 1-2 years)
If we will buy land or retrofit an existing facility.
What are we doing now?
We are working with Tegra Group to help find either a facility or land for purchase. We have been looking at multiple options.
We have around $650,000 currently in our building fund.
